I can’t speak enough of the great service I received from this business. Mark and the rest of the guys were terrific patient and informative. They were proactive and affordable. My little Casita is a happy camper and so am I!!

We were passing through Pueblo when we had a tire blowout on our class A RV. There was damage to the underside of the RV and we needed professionals to determine whether it was safe to continue our trip. I reached out to RV Remedy and spoke with Mark on the phone as we were waiting for roadside assistance. Mark was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help! He had us text him pics to see the damage. We brought the RV in the next morning, which was a Saturday, and Mark and Guy were graciously willing to take the time to assess for safety concerns. They were so kind and understanding every step of the way. Genuinely wanting to help and be of service. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and kind shop with amazing staff, this is it! Fortunately, the repairs needed weren't urgent and there were no safety concerns to prevent us from moving forward with our trip. But we'd be tempted to travel back to Pueblo (from Oklahoma) in the future to have the pleasure of working with Mark and Guy! We can't thank them enough or recommend them more highly!

Called to see if they could get me in to diagnose a strange noise coming from my trailer while being towed. Was told they did not have time for a repair that day but to come by and they would analyze it to ensure it was safe. I went to the shop and they had a mechanic ride around the block with me and he then checked underneath the trailer and ensured everything was safe. The owner was very pleasant and gracious to get me in. I highly recommend this shop!

Called this place to ask for an install. Got asked if I can do it myself, wow. Such professionalism. Don't call this place for help. Might get asked to do it yourself. ******* In response to the owners comment below, I was willing to pay for travel and labor. But his loss. If I owned a business, if someone calls for a service, im definitely not ask the potential client "Can't you do it yourself?" And "It's easy." was his exact words. I partially owned a tire shop in texas and not once did I tell a customer if they could change thier own tire. Then to say, it's easy. But again, his loss and I hope that he has many future business blessings.

RV Remedy worked on my Gray wolf Trailer and replaced the roof and canopy and also did some plumbing and they did an excellent job. Mark is the owner and he is very professional and we’ll go out of this way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. He works with insurance companies and will get every dime that he possibly can to make your claim easy to deal with. Mark is always in contact with you and will always give you an update and make sure that you are Involved in every way. Marc has a well knowledge Staff and very professional. I recommend anyone and everyone that has any army issues claims or even just just need him to look at your Trailer. Mark would definitely take care of you 100%.. thank you, RV Remedy for such a professional friendly And outstanding experience. Mark definitely treats you like that!!!!!!
